Description

[NetMsg] (IBME_GeometryService#NetMsg_Class.md) that indicates a Remote Host's desire to instantiate a new Session on the GeometryService. This is a 'MsgType Only' NetMsg and carries no body. A NewSessionREQFAIL message may be received in response.
