Hello and welcome @Pankaj Sharma you'll want to compile BRL-CAD and see if you can get arbalest running, and then get the prior V&V GUI working to get started. That will help you figure out an appropriate project scope for the details you'd put into your project proposal. Note we just have "ideas" on our list -- you will still have to expand that idea into a viable project based on your skills, experiences, and discoveries. Welcome!
