Inder Singh (Mar 12 2020 at 05:19):@ANUJ MITTAL technically, you can submit proposals for anything, even the ideas that are not on this page. We consider and go through all the proposals (even the new ideas). When I was a student, my GSoC project was initially a new idea not on the list.
Having said that, high priority topics are the most important to us, so the proposals written on them would have a considerable preference over the lower priority ones.
